먼지 밀집의 절대값 수치가 필요한 활용을 위해, S304는 mg/m3 사용자 출력 단위로 설정될 수 있습니다. 설정이 된다면, 이 모니터는 공장 작업자들이 공장의 굴뚝이나 배출구를 통해 먼지가 정확히 얼마나 통과되는지 알 수 있게합니다.

S304는 추가적으로 4-20mA 신호와 공장에서 더욱 최적화된 공정조건들에 사용될 수 있는 두 개의 독립적인 릴레이를 갖추고 있습니다.

Emissions monitor that can be calibrated to give mg/m3 output

 

For applications requiring absolute value measurements of dust concentrations, the S304 can be calibrated to give the user a mg/m3 output.  Once calibrated, this dust monitor helps plant operators know exactly how much dust is passing through the stack or outlet duct of their plant.

The S304 is additionally equipped with a 4-20mA signal and two independent alarm relays that can be used to further optimized process conditions in the plant.

Certified by TUV to meet the EN 14181 standard, the S305 dust monitor is used for official emissions applications.  The state of the art dust monitor has been used in stack emissions for a number of state owned and private industrial applications around the world.

Utilizing our unique electric induction principle, the S305 brings the reliability the government requires and combines it with the convenience plant operators expect from a particulate measurement device.
